Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Air Force Cryptologic Policy & Compliance SME to support the AF Service Cryptologic Component at Fort Meade. You will provide senior-level expertise on IO, policy, and oversight for the ACC ISR enterprise, advising on cryptologic policy and mission execution.

The role targets seasoned SIGINT analysts with deep knowledge of cryptologic authorities, oversight requirements, and Air Force intelligence production realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years in intelligence, or Master’s with 12+ years.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with AF cryptologic IO or SIGINT oversight.
• Experience supporting the national intelligence community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior contractor SME for cryptologic IO, compliance policy, and oversight across the AFSCC.
• Guide analysts in selecting and documenting methods for cryptologic and SIGINT operations.
• Review finished intelligence products for compliance, rigor, and analytic integrity.
• Oversee analyst access to sensitive databases required for USAF cryptologic operations.
• Support development and management of cryptologic IO and compliance policy.
