Job summary

GRVTY seeks experienced Cryptologic Computer Scientists to design, develop, deliver, and operate solutions to hard cryptologic problems within a scientific framework. The role emphasizes automation using Python and Jupyter Notebooks and requires SIGDEV, CNE, and access discovery skills.

The team will work on forensics, attack attribution, and protection of critical networks, with strong emphasis on formal CS foundations and state-of-the-art techniques. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with relevant programming and upper-level math coursework.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in computer science area.
• Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience in computer science area.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions derived from forensics and attack attribution to protect networks and active systems.
• Apply computer science knowledge (OS, compiler theory, databases, algorithms, architecture, discrete math, language theory, data structures) to problems.
• Emphasize automation and scripting using Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Leverage SIGDEV, CNE, and access discovery and enablement skills as part of mission support.
• Contribute to knowledge discovery of passive and active systems and high-assurance cryptologicCS outputs.
