Job summary

Talent Pal is seeking a Senior Research Analyst for a fully remote role to lead end-to-end crypto and digital assets research that informs product and client strategies. You will design research frameworks, identify data sources, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate findings into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Research Analyst in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets, tokenomics, DeFi, stablecoins, NFTs, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience conducting fundamental, technical, on-chain, and market research.
• Proficiency with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, Arkham, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze token supply, liquidity, trading volume, wallet activity, protocol usage, and network metrics.
• Experience evaluating crypto projects, protocols, exchanges, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods, risk assessment, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to interpret blockchain data, whitepapers, governance proposals, financial statements, and technical documentation.
• Excellent research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to produce clear investment reports, market updates, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is preferred.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain objective, evidence-based analysis.
