Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Detroit to drive a high-visibility strategic initiative. You will partner with executive leadership to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, track milestones, and ensure accountability to the project plan.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong executive presence, experienced in coordinating with senior stakeholders and navigating complex initiatives on-site in Detroit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience with executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project plan, milestones, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple areas of the organization.
• Facilitate meetings, gate reviews, and executive-level project updates.
• Drive accountability with workstream leaders and follow up on deliverables.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and upscale appropriately.
• Provide clear status reporting and project visibility to executive leadership.
