Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of general systems engineering experience.
• Experience with Military Service and Intelligence Community SIGINT collection.
• Experience with system development and collaborative standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide integration support for cooperative geolocation systems.
• Support technical exchanges and develop cross-organizational solutions.
• Draft documents like strategy papers and systems requirements documentation.

Skills

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Strong written and oral communication skills

Understanding of cellular and wireless communications protocols

Knowledge of radio signal geolocation techniques

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (20 years experience)

Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or related field (18 years experience)

High school diploma or GED (24 years experience)
