Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Leader to drive delivery, business development, and expert guidance across federal civilian and utility accounts focused on water, infrastructure, and emergency management.

The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, leadership experience on major contracts, and a proven ability to win new opportunities while expanding Cadmus' portfolio. U.S. citizenship for security clearance is required and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant field (CS/IT/Cybersecurity)
• 10+ years leading cybersecurity expert support for government/utility clients
• 10+ years of staff and team management
• CISSP and/or other senior cybersecurity certifications
• Experience building and leading consulting staff teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to earn US government clearance (citizenship)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical expert overseeing cybersecurity projects and programs
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams to execute client engagements and win new business
• Act as the cybersecurity expert for government and commercial clients and as a thought leader externally
• Ensure high-quality, responsive delivery under Cadmus contracts and achieve top client ratings
• Provide incident response planning and governance support for government and utility environments
• Lead business development efforts with Cadmus’ Business Development team
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff in technical delivery
