Job summary

Dexis Consulting Group seeks a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to perform complex credit risk assessment and transaction structuring for US government projects. You will support government agencies, mobilize private capital, and work across sectors like energy, healthcare, infrastructure, and technology.

You will review due diligence, prepare credit papers, and present to committees while researching market conditions and country risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Experience in credit risk assessment, transaction structuring, and related analyses.
Experience with credit review, processing, and guarantees.
Experience evaluating financial markets and opportunities in targeted regions.
Experience preparing and presenting memos, credit papers, and investment proposals to committees.
Proven ability to train Investment Officers on credit risk and methods.

Responsibilities

Gather and review due diligence documents from clients and provide feedback to origination officers.
Conduct credit and borrower analyses to prepare credit papers.
Collaborate with Investment Officers to prepare credit policy for committee submission.
Defend policy at credit and investment committee meetings.
Assist or lead in financing approval papers and data formatting.
Travel to support transactions as needed.
Conduct country and sector research and summarize the environment.
