• Prepares Credit Presentations for new money requests and annual reviews.
• Develops risk ratings and monitors loan portfolio for signs of stress.

• Ensures timely renewals and annual relationship reviews to avoid past dues.
• Monitors covenants and ensures compliance with loan agreements; documents waivers as needed.
• Represents the Bank in community and client meetings to grow relationships.
