Job summary

Boyd is seeking a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst to manage a complex customer portfolio and support credit risk, collections, disputes, and cash-flow objectives.

The role analyzes exposure and payment trends, prioritizes strategies, resolves escalations, and collaborates with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to reduce delinquency.

This position prepares portfolio reporting and identifies process improvements while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in commercial credit, accounts receivable, collections, or related order-to-cash function.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of domestic and/or international customer accounts and document follow-up.
• Analyze aging, payment history, credit exposure, disputes, deductions, and customer financial information to prioritize action.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Cash Applications to resolve escalations.
• Prepare aging, collection forecast, dispute, delinquency, and KPI reports for management.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and process-improvement initiatives.
