Pay Range

Social Capital Resources provided pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Credit and risk control through analyses of the factors in the credit business, with a focus on CRE.
Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions.
Defending cases to Credit Committee.
Preparing Credit Assessments.
Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc.
Act as a risk manager escalating risks.
