Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in investment banking, accounting, or consulting.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to build financial models.
• Familiarity with venture equity investing and capital structure.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review data from prospective portfolio companies with Originations.
• Evaluate financial data, identify key assumptions and trends.
• Assess new opportunities and help structure transactions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of financial results, forecasts and IP.
• Participate in due diligence and on-site visits with execs and investors.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present findings.
