TeleSpecialists is seeking a Credentialing Specialist III to support the credentialing process for our providers. You will process credentialing applications, monitor statuses, and ensure timely completion to help scale patient services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years credentialing experience required.
• CPCS or CPCM certifications preferred.
• Experience in hospital/physician practice/healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships within credentialing teams and hospital partners.
• Performs data entry of physician information into credentialing systems for initial credentials and reappointments.
• Reviews provider information for accuracy and completeness; follows up on outstanding documentation.
• Assists with training and mentoring Credentialing Specialists I & II; leads process-improvement initiatives.
