Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Delegated Credentialing Consultant to lead and oversee the corporate credentialing services across OSU hospitals, ensuring efficient operations and full regulatory compliance.

You will supervise non-physician credentialing, FP/OPPE processes, CAQH management, and licensure verification, and coordinate delegated credentialing with MCOs and the CVO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Staff Sciences or equivalent required.
• Masters degree preferred; related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in hospital credentialing or medical staff services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational activities of Corporate Credentialing Office.
• Manage credentialing, privileging, FPPE/OPPE and delegated credentialing processes.
• Coordinate with MCOs and OSUWMC Managed Care Contracting for contracts and data exchange.
• Audit credentialing/recredentialing files to meet TJC/NCQA standards.
• Ensure timely verification of licenses, DEA, board certifications and regulatory requirements.
