Luma AI (Dream Lab) is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative to bridge creativity, sales and education, partnering with top brands to prototype AI-accelerated workflows and evangelize generative video using Dream Machine.

The role is senior and focused on leading initiatives at the intersection of technology and creative production, with high interaction with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Significant senior creative leadership in top agencies, studios, or tech firms.
• Outstanding portfolio of shipped, high‑craft creative work.
• Proven ability to build novel solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Deep expertise in creative production (VFX, animation, motion graphics).
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Genuine passion for AI's creative potential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brands and agencies to guide generative AI strategy.
• Design and prototype AI-accelerated production workflows.
• Create high-quality content with Dream Machine to demonstrate capabilities.
• Consult with partner leadership on tech and business opportunities.
• Serve as an on‑the‑ground extension of Product, Partnership, and Sales teams.
• Establish foundational engagement playbooks.
• Evangelize generative video to the creative community.
