About the team The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for bringing the Salesforce brand to life across our full portfolio of marketing and creative work. From building global brand and demand generation campaigns to creating experiences like Dreamforce, our multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and creative leaders partners across the organization to deliver impactful, brand-defining work. The Integrated Campaigns Creative team translates Salesforce’s products, technology, and customer moments into compelling cross-channel creative experiences and stories.
About the role As Creative Lead/Copywriter, Integrated Campaigns Creative, you will support creative development for Salesforce’s Small and Medium Business (SMB) marketing, serving as a key creative partner to Product Marketing (PMM) and the broader teams responsible for engaging and growing our small and medium business audiences.
You will operate as a hands‑on manager, developing a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters while remaining actively engaged in the work. This role is for someone with a copy/narrative background but who is also comfortable directing visual design. You should also be able to move fluidly between developing copy, concepting ideas, and partnering with designers to shape how those ideas come to life visually. You and your team will translate SMB business priorities, product strategies, customer needs, and narratives into compelling cross‑channel creative, including digital experiences, demand generation campaigns, events, content, social, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires people leadership, creative thinking, and hands‑on craft. You are a strong writer who also thinks visually, with the creative judgement to provide clear direction and feedback across both copy and design. You will build a close working relationship with SMB Product Marketing and Marketing teams, helping translate business and product priorities into compelling creative work, while partnering with Creative leadership and Creative Operations to manage priorities and workload. You will also partner with internal teams and external agency partners supporting SMB initiatives, providing clear creative feedback and helping ensure work is cohesive, effective, and representative of the Salesforce brand. As our creative organization continues to evolve how we work, you will help your team leverage emerging AI tools and workflows to accelerate exploration, increase creative capacity, and unlock new possibilities for storytelling and execution. You should be comfortable experimenting with generative AI tools and incorporating them thoughtfully into your own creative practice while helping your team do the same.
You enjoy managing and developing creative talent while still staying close to the work and contributing directly.
You love writing and also think visually.
You can move from developing a headline or shaping a narrative to partnering with a designer to strengthen how the idea comes to life.
You believe the strongest creative work happens when copy and design are developed together and enjoy helping teams connect the two.
You enjoy finding simple, compelling ways to tell complex product stories and make them meaningful to small and medium businesses.
You enjoy partnering closely with Product Marketing to understand products, customers, and business challenges and turn their strategies and stories into compelling campaigns, content, and experiences.
You are energized by the opportunity to contribute to creative work across digital, events, campaigns, and emerging experiences rather than focusing on a single channel.
You enjoy solving creative problems, collaborating with others, and helping teams turn ideas into strong executions.
You are excited to experiment with emerging creative AI tools and find thoughtful new ways to increase creativity, speed, and scale.
You are a strong creative manager and hands‑on practitioner who can develop people while continuing to contribute meaningfully to the work.
You are an excellent writer with a strong visual sensibility.
You can develop compelling copy while also recognizing what makes a visual idea strong and helping designers push the work further.
You bring a thoughtful creative point of view, collaborate well with Creative leadership, and know how to build on established creative direction.
You are a strong conceptual thinker and storyteller who can turn complex product narratives into clear, distinctive, human, and audience‑relevant creative.
You understand how to make technology and product stories approachable and relevant to small and medium businesses without losing the strength or distinctiveness of the creative idea.
You know how to give clear, actionable feedback and are equally comfortable jumping into the work yourself to write, edit, concept, or help solve a creative problem.
You build trusted relationships with Product Marketing, cross‑functional teams, Creative leadership, and agency partners while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.
You bring a strong digital perspective and are comfortable contributing to and guiding work across web, integrated campaigns, events, and emerging experiences.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities, bringing sound judgment, collaboration, and creative problem‑solving to the team.
You are curious about emerging technology and actively explore how AI can enhance—not replace—creative thinking, craft, and storytelling.
You’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
