Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Creative Front-End Engineer to build premium, design-driven web experiences with pixel-perfect interfaces and performant animations. This 100% remote role from Latin America follows US Pacific Time hours, blending design and code.

You’ll translate high-end Figma designs into scalable UI components using Tailwind CSS, React or Next.js, with a focus on accessibility and speed. Autonomy, strong eye for motion, and collaboration with US-based teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years front-end development with HTML/CSS/JS.
• Animation experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, SVG/Canvas/WebGL.
• Proficient Tailwind CSS and modern CSS techniques.
• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Pixel-perfect work from design to code with attention to motion.
• Ability to lead front-end projects independently.
• Strong debugging and cross-browser testing.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time.

Job Summary

As a Senior Creative Front-End Engineer, you will build premium, highly animated, design-driven web experiences where craft matters as much as code. You’ll turn high-end designs into pixel-perfect interfaces with smooth, performant animations and rich interactions. The ideal candidate is an autonomous, detail-oriented engineer with a strong eye for design and motion who stays on top of emerging UI trends. This is a long-term, 100% remote role from Latin America, working US Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Build visually stunning, highly interactive web experiences for a world-class consumer brand.
• Craft smooth, high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions.
• Turn high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Build scalable, cross-browser UI components with advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS.
• Lead front-end work independently and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Optimize animation-heavy pages for performance (60fps, rendering and paint, asset loading).
• Implement accessible experiences, including ARIA, keyboard navigation and reduced-motion support.
• Take part in code reviews and use AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor in your daily workflow.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end web development, with expert-level HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Advanced web animation experience with GSAP (including ScrollTrigger), Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas or WebGL/Three.js.
• Advanced Tailwind CSS (custom design systems, theming, complex responsive layouts) and strong modern CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React or Next.js.
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect work from high-end designs with a strong eye for detail and motion.
• Ability to lead front-end projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong debugging and cross-browser/device testing skills.
• Daily, practical use of AI development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.
