Job summary

DXC Studio is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and collaborative Creative Art Direction, Senior Manager to lead the visual expression of the DXC brand across global marketing, communications, digital experiences, events, campaigns, video, and emerging AI-powered content initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
10+ years of professional creative experience with a strong portfolio.
5+ years leading creative teams and managing direct reports.
Experience with brand development and visual identity systems.

Responsibilities

Drive creative vision and art direction across marketing, communications, and brand initiatives.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary studio team of designers, art directors, and creative professionals.
Elevate brand experience and ensure global consistency across channels and touchpoints.
Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to translate strategy into compelling design solutions.
Advance AI adoption and explore emerging creative technologies to accelerate content creation.
