Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience driving creative strategy and execution in agencies or in-house teams.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, analytics, or ML in marketing/production.
• Online portfolio showing entertainment marketing across AV, digital, and print, with cross-channel leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of 360° creative campaigns for original series and films.
• Articulate creative direction to internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare briefs, decks, and concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Oversee asset development across trailers, art, digital, social, and OOH.
• Forecast resources, set schedules, and manage budgets for campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough content.
