Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and existing CRE loans to assess financial condition and risk.
• Analyze real estate and personal cash flows, and related statements.
• Review loan documents, leases, appraisals; prepare written loan presentations.
• Ensure analysis complies with credit policy and regulations.
• Research industry/borrower data to assess market impact on real estate lending.
• Assist lenders in drafting application letters and monthly credit reports.
• Perform additional assignments; contribute to risk management program.
