Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a skilled risk professional to support risk management, performance monitoring, valuation, reporting, and data analytics for a $15B+ institutional CRE debt portfolio. You will focus on portfolio surveillance, annual loan reviews, credit ratings, and the development of scalable risk analytics tools.

This role is based near Atlanta with onsite presence expected up to 3–5 days per week to support team objectives and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, accounting, credit risk, portfolio analytics, asset management, valuation, or investment analysis.
• Experience analyzing accounting reports and assessing financial, operational, or investment risk.
• Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze credit risk, performance, and valuation trends across a $15B+ CRE debt portfolio.
• Perform annual loan underwriting and credit reviews, evaluating performance and risk.
• Support credit ratings, watchlists, and risk migration analyses.
• Enhance early detection of problem loans via stress testing and portfolio surveillance.
• Develop dashboards, risk analytics tools, and executive-grade reporting.
• Analyze asset performance, concentration risk, and key risk indicators.
• Support audit requests and portfolio analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to data analytics, reporting automation, and scalable tools.
