Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field with 6–8 years of CRE lending experience.
• Experience underwriting stabilized, transitional/bridge, and construction loans.
• Established network of sponsors, brokers, and mortgage bankers.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a pipeline of high-quality commercial mortgage opportunities.
• Underwrite and structure loans per credit parameters and risk objectives.
• Prepare and present investment memoranda to credit committees; negotiate terms and close loans.
• Monitor market conditions and collaborate with portfolio management for diversification and risk mitigation.
