Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial real estate lending, compliance or underwriting experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate loan and collateral documentation (including appraisals, construction budgets, and financial documents).
• Familiarity with Commercial Lending and Real Estate laws and regulations (Reg Z, Reg B, HMDA, CRA, RESPA).
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a compliant and profitable CRE loan portfolio.
• Coordinate loan processing, closing, and funding for CRE and construction loans.
• Review loan requests, monitor portfolio, and prepare compliance reports.
