• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, sales, financing, and development matters.
• Strong knowledge of title review, surveys, and closing procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
