You'll collaborate with third-party managers, brokers, and attorneys, prepare regular portfolio reporting, and guide capital improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, real estate or related field with strong academic achievement.
• 7–10+ years in commercial real estate asset management or principal-based leasing.
• Strong financial analysis and understanding of asset-level statements.
• Knowledge of real estate accounting, design and construction processes.
• Experience with Yardi, Argus and MS Office 365.
• High organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Maximize total return through operational efficiencies and value-add strategies.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, brokers, and attorneys on plans, budgets, leases.
• Negotiate leases and renewals with tenants and brokers.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure show-ready suites.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and develop new prospects.
• Prepare portfolio reporting for senior management.
• Oversee capital improvements and project execution.
• Support valuations with the financial analyst team.
• Monitor market trends affecting real estate values and strategy.
• Collaborate with acquisitions team on potential investments.
