Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to lead site monitoring across the Midwest from a home-based role. You will partner with investigators, study teams, and sponsors to ensure protocol compliance, patient safety, and high-quality data collection during the trial lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a regional traveling CRA with CNS trial experience, and willingness to travel 8–10 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree required.
• 5+ years as a regional traveling CRA.
• Experience monitoring CNS clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites.
• Identify and assess potential research sites to support study execution.
• Coordinate study start-up activities and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct monitoring visits (PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs, COVs).
• Train site personnel on protocol requirements and data collection.
• Monitor site performance and ensure data quality and safety reporting.
