Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr CRA) to monitor and manage clinical sites across multiple U.S. locations including Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; and Jacksonville, FL. The role requires Phase I monitoring experience with a preference for oncology or immunology backgrounds.

The Sr CRA will ensure CFR/ICH-GCP compliance, train site staff, perform visits, verify data, and collaborate with safety and data management teams. Significant travel (55–75%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CRA monitoring experience in a CRO or pharma organization.
• Oncology or immunology experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with EDC, eTMF, and CTMS systems.
• Ability to travel 55-75%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage clinical sites in compliance with CFR and ICH/GCP.
• Provide training to site staff on protocol, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform site initiation visits, source data verification, and drug accountability.
• Ensure regulatory file completeness and timely reporting to IRB/ethics committees.
• Collaborate with drug safety and data management teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare visit reports and maintain CTMS with up-to-date study information.
