Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates II and Senior CRAs to support multiple therapeutic areas nationwide. You will oversee site monitoring, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, and partner with investigative sites to optimize recruitment and retention.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of on-site monitoring experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and data capture technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site monitoring experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EDC technologies.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site monitoring across all study phases, including initiation, routine visits, and close-out.
• Evaluate site performance for protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sites to develop patient recruitment and retention strategies.
• Deliver study training and maintain ongoing site communication.
• Identify quality or compliance issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Track regulatory submissions, enrollment metrics, and data queries.
• Maintain TMF/ISF documentation integrity.
• Prepare monitoring reports and study documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support milestones.
• Support study start-up, site budgeting, and payment processes where assigned.
