As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), ensure regulatory and GCP compliance, manage ISF/TMF, and support audit readiness and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field; equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality and data integrity.
• Conducts site process assessments and source document review; ensures accurate data in CRFs and supports query resolution.
• May handle IP inventory, labeling, and storage per protocol; ensures proper release and return.
• Maintains ISF and TMF reconciliation; trains and informs site teams as required.
