Job summary

Parexel is seeking Senior Clinical Research Associates to monitor and manage clinical sites in Dallas, TX, San Francisco, CA, or Jacksonville, FL. The Sr CRA will ensure CFR/ICH-GCP compliance, perform site visits, and support study teams across Oncology or Immunology studies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and 4+ years of CRA monitoring experience in CRO/Pharma settings, with travel up to 75%. Proficiency in EDC/eTMF/CTMS and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical/biotech field.
• RN or healthcare professional preferred.
• 4+ years CRA monitoring experience in CRO/Pharma mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical sites in compliance with CFR and ICH-GCP.
• Perform site visits, monitoring, data verification, and regulatory document review.
• Provide training to site staff on study protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure drug accountability and proper shipment of specimens.
• Collaborate with safety, data management, and study teams.
• Prepare visit reports and track action items to resolution.
• Maintain CTMS and study tools with timely updates.
• Travel 55-75% as required by study location.
