Job summary

Impellam Group is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to monitor clinical trial sites ensuring GCP, FDA regulations, and sponsor standards are met. This field-based role involves significant travel and interaction with investigative sites and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of clinical monitoring experience, a scientific/healthcare bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with CTMS/eTMF/eCRF. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years clinical monitoring experience in pharma/biotech/CRO
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and trial conduct
• Experience with CTMS, eTMF, eCRF and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits including qualification, initiation, interim monitoring and closeout.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data quality and adherence to GCP/regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites, communicating study updates and risks.
• Review and maintain essential study documentation (Investigator Site Files, trial records).
• Prepare monitoring reports and escalate site issues as needed.
• Track site performance, recruitment progress and study milestones.
• Support investigator training, study meetings and other trial activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and site personnel to support study execution.
