Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to support CNS and Cardiovascular clinical studies in a sponsor-facing environment. This full-time position requires regional travel and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The Senior CRA will oversee site performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive successful trial execution through hands-on monitoring and strong site relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CRA experience, including CNS/Cardiovascular trials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Phase II–III CNS and Cardiovascular trials for protocol compliance.
• Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits with quality oversight.
• Perform SDR, SDV, and CRF review to ensure data is inspection-ready.
• Build partnerships with investigative sites to meet enrollment goals and protocol adherence.
• Collaborate with sponsors and study teams, providing updates on site performance and progress.
