ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Sr CRA for Southern California Ophthalmology. You will lead monitoring tasks with deep technical focus, ensuring adherence to study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You’ll visit sites, resolve issues, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting, while traveling ~60% and supporting multiple sites within California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with knowledge of trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment.
• Experience monitoring complex indication in Ophthalmology.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%).
• Candidates must be located in California (Orange County/LA/Modesto).
