Lilly is seeking a Senior Program C&Q Lead to own commissioning and qualification for a capital program, setting strategy, driving field execution, and ensuring GMP compliance. You will act as the technical owner and single point of accountability for C&Q on the program, coordinating with construction, automation, and site operations.

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years CQV/ commissioning, qualification, and validation in GMP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define C&Q strategy, plans and schedules for the program.
• Direct day-to-day C&Q execution in the field.
• Plan and lead FAT activities with vendors and engineering teams.
• Author and review commissioning and qualification protocols and reports.
• Ensure audit-ready records and smooth handover to operations.
