Job summary

Biopharma Consulting JAD Group seeks two Senior CQV Engineers to support commissioning, qualification, and verification of OSD and SDD equipment on a project in Carolina, PR. The role requires 10+ years of CQV experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on CQV experience with OSD/SDD equipment, including tablet presses, coaters, and spray dryers, with strong documentation skills and the ability to support multiple equipment packages and

Qualifications

10+ years of CQV experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences.
Strong experience with OSD manufacturing equipment (tablet presses, coaters, dispensing systems).
Experience with SDD systems and spray dryers.
Hands-on commissioning, qualification, verification, startup, and technical documentation.
Preference for candidates with cross-OSD and SDD experience to support multiple equipment packages.
Ability to support other CQV areas per project priorities (Utilities/Facilities, CIP/COP, System Startup).

Responsibilities

Support commissioning, qualification, and verification of OSD/SDD equipment.
Provide hands-on startup support and ensure robust technical documentation.
