Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking two senior CQV engineers to bring a new oral solid dose and spray-dried dispersion facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico to life on a multi-year program. You will commission and qualify tablet presses, coaters, dispensing systems and spray dryers.

Your experience includes 10+ years in CQV within pharmaceutical manufacturing, with hands-on OSD and/or SDD equipment, and a degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CQV experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on OSD and/or spray drying (SDD) equipment experience; both preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Science required.

Responsibilities

• Commission, qualify and verify OSD equipment (tablet presses, coaters, dispensing).
• Commission, qualify and verify SDD systems and spray dryers.
• Support startup activities and write technical documentation.
• Support other CQV areas as needed.

Bring a new oral solid dose and spray-dried dispersion facility to life on a multi-year greenfield pharmaceutical program in Carolina, Puerto Rico. We have two openings for senior CQV engineers to commission and qualify tablet presses, coaters, dispensing systems and spray dryers.

What you'll do

• Commission, qualify and verify OSD equipment (tablet presses, coaters, dispensing).
• Commission, qualify and verify SDD systems, spray dryers and associated equipment.
• Support equipment startup and write technical documentation.
• Support other CQV areas as needed.

• 10+ years of CQV in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on OSD and/or spray drying (SDD) equipment experience; both is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Life Science.

• Contract: 60 months (multi-year program), with possible extension
• Shift: Administrative, Monday–Friday, on-site 5 days/week
• Start: January 4, 2027
