Job summary

Verista in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Senior CQV Engineer to provide engineering, commissioning and qualification support for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing equipment and systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, review drawings and documentation, and ensure cGMP compliance throughout FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and about 5+ years of CQV or equipment implementation experience in regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years supporting engineering, commissioning, qualification, validation or equipment implementation in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems and their lifecycle.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs and CQV documentation.
• Experience working with vendors, engineering teams and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and CQV support for installation, commissioning and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
• Review drawings and documentation including P&IDs and vendor data.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering, manufacturing, automation and Quality.
• Support FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ activities and related documentation.
• Highlight risks and progress to leadership; work hands-on in the field onsite.
