The Lane Construction Corporation is hiring a Schedule Manager in Orlando, FL to develop and maintain the project CPM schedule for a major highway project. You will base the schedule on Owner specifications and Lane practices, and create narrative documents to support the CPM baseline and monthly updates.

You will lead time impact analyses for claims, monitor progress toward the completion date, and coordinate data from engineering to progress the schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 8 years of experience in scheduling or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Develops the project CPM schedule based on Owner specifications and Lane practices.
• Creates baseline schedule narrative and monthly narrative to support the CPM schedule.
• Leads time impact and delay analysis for claims.
• Monitors schedule progress to meet project completion date.
• Coordinates data gathering from engineering to progress schedule activities.
• Conducts daily site visits to verify completed work and update progress photos.
• Creates 5-week look-ahead schedules with Project Manager and Superintendents.
