Job summary

Clark Nuber seeks an Accounting Software Customer Development Senior to grow our Software Solutions practice. The role centers on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding executives through ERP and accounting software selections such as Sage Intacct.

You will work with practice leaders, technical specialists, and partners to manage the sales cycle, develop solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. CPA is required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, ERP software sales, or ERP consulting (Sage Intacct certification preferred).
• Background check including credit check is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and referral channels to generate qualified leads and support practice development.
• Lead discovery sessions, needs assessments, and solution recommendations.
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs, Statements of Work, and pre-sales deliverables.
• Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth handoffs and client onboarding.
• Drive customer success by monitoring engagement and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop training materials and educational resources for clients and internal staff.
