Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Courier II to join our team at 6324 Irelan Place, Dublin, OH 43016. Schedule is Monday–Friday 1:00pm–9:30pm with potential weekend coverage. You will float to cover routes, train new couriers, and assist with dispatch while handling specimens and lab samples safely.

Requires 3+ years courier experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A company vehicle is provided for the route and personal use option is available for $125/month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as driver or courier.
• Excellent time-management and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as a floater for the logistics team providing coverage for routes.
• Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups as needed.
• Load daily supplies for pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule on time.
• Deliver daily picks to the branch at shift end.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely.
• Operate company vehicle and follow traffic laws.
• Use handheld device to manage pickups.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for extra pickups.
• Assess traffic, routes, and weather to optimize trips.
