Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Coupa Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain Coupa BSM integrations with ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of integration engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato (iPaaS).
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• SQL and data transformation skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems including ERP, finance, payroll, and supplier networks.
• Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Implement supplier onboarding integrations including supplier master, contracts, and catalog data flows.
• Develop integrations supporting requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment processes.
• Implement chart-of-accounts, expense category, and lookup data synchronization between Coupa and source systems.
• Build user, role, and approval-hierarchy synchronization between Coupa and identity systems.
• Design error handling, retry, and reconciliation strategies for integration flows.
• Implement integration security across Coupa endpoints, including OAuth flows, SSO patterns, and certificate-based authentication, ensuring least-privilege and lifecycle best practices.
• Profile and optimize integration performance and batch sizing for high-volume scenarios; measure, improve, and validate gains.
• Participate in Coupa release planning, regression testing, and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders on integration requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for onboarding and audits.
• Support production incidents related to Coupa integrations and drive durable fixes.
• Stay current with Coupa releases and translate advances into recommendations.
