Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Coupa Administrator for a 12+ months contract in AZ (Remote). The role centers on configuring Coupa, enforcing SOX controls, and partnering with Finance and Procurement teams to translate business needs into effective Coupa setups.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of Coupa, release testing, data governance, and driving automation. Compensation is $58–$61 per hour, with standard benefits, and long-term potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Source-to-Pay, Procurement Systems, or Finance Technology.
• Hands-on Coupa administration or implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supplier lifecycle management.
• Experience working with SAP or ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with SOX controlled environments.
• Experience in a product-aligned operating model.
• Exposure to Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Payments) and data governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration of Coupa, including approval workflows, spend controls, and supplier onboarding frameworks.
• Ensure system compliance with SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain Technology Managers to translate business processes into Coupa configurations.
• Coordinate with SAP and enterprise systems to maintain data integrity and support integration monitoring.
• Manage platform operations, including incident resolution and vendor coordination, while establishing KPIs for transparency.
• Lead implementation and lifecycle management of Coupa, including release testing and impact assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and automate workflows.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience working alongside Finance and Procurement stakeholders and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with SOX-controlled environments.
• Experience in a product-aligned or triad operating model.
• Exposure to Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Payments) and data governance frameworks.
• Ability to balance project work with operational support.
