Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks an experienced intelligence professional to conduct all-source analysis on national security issues, drawing on multiple sources to interpret and forecast regional developments. The role supports CI investigations and provides senior leaders with actionable insights.

You will evaluate ongoing investigations, disseminate modus operandi, and liaise with IC partners to leverage diverse databases and resources for impactful reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with AR 381-12 (Threat Awareness and Reporting Program); AR 381-20 (US Army Counterintelligence); AR 381-10 (US Intelligence); and DoDI 5240.23 (CI Activities in Cyberspace).

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Analyze incoming reporting and referrals from across the US Intelligence Community and from CI investigative, operational, collection and targeting results to scope potential leads and determine CI response.
• Evaluate multiple analytical efforts related to major and ongoing national security investigations and provide written reports to Government Team/Branch/Division Chiefs.
• Identify and disseminate Foreign Intelligence Element Modus Operandi through in-depth reviews of historical CONUS CI investigations and provide updates on major investigations.
• Engage in extensive liaison with CI analytical organizations across ACIC and the IC to understand investigations in a broader context and utilize unclassified and classified databases for data queries and reporting.
• Analyze CI and investigative potential of CI and CI cyber reporting.
• Conduct exchanges with internal and external agency representatives and analysts.
• Perform financial analysis in support of CI and CI cyber investigations.
• Perform link chart analysis in support of CI and CI cyber investigations.
