Qualifications

• Master's degree required and licensure to practice clinically.
• Minimum of five years post-master's professional experience; three years post licensure.
• One year post-licensure experience may be replaced by NOJOS/DOC Credentialing for Sensitive Cases Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care, including private office or teletherapy formats.
• Lead and supervise group therapy sessions with attention to quality and timely documentation.
• Serve as trusted collaborator with ecclesiastical leaders and community resources; build relationships and referrals.
• Participate in agency councils and regional trainings; may supervise others pursuing licensure.
• Engage in professional development aligned with organizational values.
