Job summary

TMRW Sports Inc is seeking a talented Senior Counsel to join its legal team, focusing on commercial transactions and day-to-day counsel for its golf businesses, including TGL and WTGL.

The role requires a practical, business-minded attorney with a track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and advising leadership on strategic initiatives within sports, media, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in Florida.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements including sponsorship, media rights, licensing, technology, vendor, and strategic partnerships.
• Advise TMRW Sports' golf businesses on league operations, events, policies, and related commercial matters.
• Provide guidance on trademark, licensing, brand protection, advertising, promotions, and IP matters.
