The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization. As Senior Counsel, Securities, you will support CoreWeave’s public company reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance activities. You will partner closely with the Securities team and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, and executive leadership to help ensure compliance with securities laws while enabling the company’s continued growth as a public company.

The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
