Qualifications

• JD required with active bar admission.
• Experience advising on healthcare law, privacy, regulatory compliance, data governance, research, or related matters.
• Strong ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NCQA’s Privacy Official and lead attorney on privacy, data governance, and technology issues.
• Advise on healthcare regulatory, evaluation program, product, and operational matters.
• Counsel on program integrity, accreditation, certification, and patient/subject research requirements.
• Support enterprise risk, investigations, and litigation within designated practice areas.
