You will act as a strategic legal partner to our Category Managers and Category Specialists, driving complex procurement contracts across their entire lifecycle. Day to day, your primary focus will center on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key agreements within the consulting and staffing verticals. You will provide direct counsel on legal risks and commercial terms, resolve escalations autonomously, and translate complex legal requirements into actionable business solutions.
In addition to staffing and consulting, you will also support Marketing and IT agreements as business needs dictate. Beyond direct negotiations, you will play a vital role in elevating the broader team by identifying process gaps, developing standardized contract templates and guidance, and mentoring junior team members to ensure consistent and efficient contract management workflows.
