Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks a Counsel - Operations to support our Corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. You will serve as the legal advisor to division leadership, align legal strategy with business objectives, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across the company.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial transactions, corporate law and business counseling.
• Ability to advise executives and work cross-functionally with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts, supply chain, product liability, IP, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations.
• Provide division-level legal support and strategic guidance to leadership.
• Partner with compliance, HR, finance and operations to deliver integrated legal support.
• Manage outside counsel, budgets and legal resources; drive lean, compliant operations.
• Support corporate compliance programs and investigations/internal audits.
