The role requires California Bar admission and extensive litigation experience, with responsibilities spanning from discovery through trial. Hybrid work flexibility and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California Bar and have extensive litigation experience.
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills are required.
• Strong oral advocacy and persuasive writing abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• JD degree is required; California Bar license is mandatory.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10–20 matters.
• Investigate claims and develop case strategies.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Review and analyze documents for production.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings and motions and argue at hearings.
• Prepare cases for mediation or trial and participate in those processes.
• Report effectively to clients and supervise associates and paralegals.
