Job summary

You'll work on energy regulatory and commercial transactions, mentored by leadership, and contribute to high-stakes decisions across business units while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client service.

Qualifications

• JD or LLB from an accredited law school and licensed to practice.
• 10–12 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Strong knowledge of federal and/or state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal assignments and advise clients on risk.
• Supervise junior attorneys and support staff on matters.
• Prepare budgets and assess outside counsel use.
